After having a problem with my lock on Sunday,l phoned Stephen first thing Monday morning left him a message and he got back to me within 10 mins. I explained my problem and he visited me a few hours later the same day. On his arrival he was friendly totally professional and informative, he explained what the problem was and what was needed without the salesman talk. The security working of fitting the appropriate lock he carried out the work doing a excellent job not only fitting the lock but taking the time to lined up the door. Excellent value for money l would highly recommend Stephen’s professional service.

Having no car and not living local, I needed help with a property we used to rent out in the Golcar area and is now for sale. Unfortunately, on an accompanied house viewing, the door wouldn't lock and not having my car there that day, I was unable to get over, however, Stephen was most accommodating and very helpful in sorting the door so it would lock again. He reached the property in no time and was able to solve the problem straight away and was very polite and efficient. I phoned Stephen who came out within the hour checking first that it was OK for him to call without his uniform because he wasn't officially working that day (at this stage I could not be choosy but appreciated being asked). He arrived, got the door open. It was not actually the lock but part of the door that had been knocked after having a large fridge delivered the day before. He didn't charge me and wouldn't even accept any cash for a Christmas drink. Top Man and Top Company. They were brilliant - a really nice couple of guys, great service - they came out the day after I rung (it wasnt an emergency), spent a good couple of hours fixing the lock. They gave me honest opinions of choices - get a new lock, or fix the existing one. Great value for money, so reasonably priced I felt they'd put a lot more effort in than they were asking me to pay for, so I paid more!! Not often you can say you got such good value for money! Definite recommendation - cant be too careful whenit comes to home security, and using the directory was great - gave me confidence that the trader was legitimate, and I knew I woudnt get ripped off. Pleasure to do business with!
