With Stuart Lockwood you're assured of a prompt and friendly service.William02/12/2024He came and rushed round like someone demented, he replaced a bathroom radiator which was OK, The toilet however needed a new syphon he replaced it with something he found in the back of the van, the toilet does only occasionally refill, as a final remark he said keep a eye on the overflow, i tested the overflow with a jug of water an it leaked horrendesly , Not happy with his service quite rude at times, do not ignore this message as i am in a mood to take it further.

I will use him again if I need a plumber and I am very happy to recommend him.Marion03/07/2015Our sink and bath had become blocked after attempting to rectify the slow running of waste water and we were unable to resolve the problem ourselves. We rang Stuart at 9:30am on a Friday and, although he was obviously very busy with other work, he arrived at 10:30am and had the pipes cleared within half an hour. He had quoted a very reasonable hourly rate plus cost of consumable materials used, immediately assessed what was required, got on with the job in hand and was pleasant and reassuring throughout. He also showed us the build up which was in the bend of the outside waste pipe. Instead of paying cash, he preferred to send an invoice and asked we pay by cheque. In recommending Stuart, we would not hesitate to contact him again for any other plumbing work that we might wish to have done.John23/04/2015Really helpful, super fast service at a great price. He came the very next morning, on time, and had replaced the part and cleaned up an hour later. Stuart dealt with mum with respect and he was very prompt. Could not fault him. It makes a nice change to find an excellent tradesman these days. Very impressed.
