Installed, (and forced us to pay £220.00 for,) a component wich did not fix the fault. Very dismissive attitude and refusal to listen to us. For this and other issues we will not use them again.

They did a great job for her.Susan26/06/2017I contacted Metro Eco to come to give me a quote for a new bath and an electric shower putting in. They sent a plumber and an electrician to check what needed doing. I had to contact them to send me a quote. When it came they had filled out the details, neglecting to fill in any prices! I then contacted them to point out their error and the man wasn't particularly apologetic but told me they would sort it out. Months later I still haven't received anything. So, I certainly will not be recommending them, as if they are not professional and dependable at this stage, it doesn't bode well for them doing the jobs well!
